How To Get Abs Once And For All

People always ask me, George, I just don't know how to get abs. So I have put together an easy and effective post here for you. I know many have had such an uphill battle to get rid of the belly flab that stubbornly resides on our bodies and just won’t go away, including myself. I can testify that after trying diet pills, doing 200 crunches a day, and buying a few different magic ab machines, I have found that my quickest results came from doing the following 3 main keys:

  • How To Get Abs? You Train

Do you know that training contributes to only 1% of your overall ab development? Most people focus their efforts here and then get disappointing to only give up. But don’t! It will come, keep reading. While this one key is an obvious one, most people get in the gym, place their hands behind their head, and just start hyper extending their neck towards the ceiling 100 times. Well after I pulled my neck a few times, I realized that the only thing getting the exercise was, well my neck (lol). What must you do? Quality not quantity is the objective here. What I have learned is that slow, small, and controlled movements are what is most important.

  • How To Get Abs? Do Cardio

Doing any cardio exercises (i.e. treadmill, cycling, etc) count for 9% of you getting those gorgeous abs. Learning to do cardio effectively will boost your metabolism greatly to lose fat greatly. After much research, I have found that you can do cardio 3 times per week for 30-45 minutes with a steady heart rate. I will be posting soon what the general beats per minute is to be effective.   • How To Get Abs? Eat Correctly

The highest contributing key of all......................................NUTRITION! I cannot stress enough, that in order to get those incredible abs, you must get rid of the layer of fat that is hiding them. It is no mystery. As I stated earlier, most people will do the training, do the cardio, and yet have now results because they don’t eat the correct foods. Posts will come for great natural and quick recipes. Some meals require no cooking! So learn the basics of nutrition and you will soon be turned into a fat burning machine!

Heh, three big secrets I have discovered about abs is:
It is not true that muscles during activity absorb exactly the fat that covers those muscles.
To get rid of belly, it is 10 times better to work out buttock and thigh muscles than abs.
The nutrition has to be corrected inevitable. Stay fit! ;)
